Dealer FAQ
1 Who can become a dealer?
Companies and sole traders registered in Hungary that sell or service agricultural, forestry, municipal or construction machinery or parts. You need a tax number to register. Private individuals cannot register as dealers.
2 What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and you don't have to buy stock up front.
3 How does registration work?
You fill in the short form (about a minute; it asks for your tax number). Apply by 3 pm on a working day and we call you the same day, otherwise the next working day. On the call we talk about what you sell and to whom, then we approve your dealer account and you get B2B access.
4 What prices do I pay?
The B2B portal shows the net dealer price of every product. There are no volume discounts; instead we run promotions only for dealers, including sector-specific ones.
5 Is there a minimum order?
Only on your first order: at least EUR 2,500 net. After that there is no minimum, and you can order a single part.
6 Do I have to hold stock?
No. You order from live stock once you've sold the machine, so no money is tied up in stock.
7 How do I know what's in stock and when it arrives?
Every product shows its stock status ("Raktรกron", "Kรถzponti raktรกron" or "Rendelhetล (X hรฉt)"), and the product page shows the expected delivery date.
8 Who delivers, and where?
We organise and carry out the transport, to you or straight to your customer. The paperwork your customer receives shows no AgroHof prices, so they only ever see your quote.
9 Which paperwork do you handle?
We prepare the machine documents: CE declaration of conformity, user manual in the local language, warranty card, registration papers for tractors and trailers, delivery note, and quotes and documents for subsidy applications. Delivery notes, invoices and warranty papers are in the portal's "Dokumentumok" menu.
10 How do I track my order?
The portal shows every order in eight steps, from order and payment through manufacturer confirmation and production to expected delivery. No need to chase us by phone.
11 How do I make a quote for my customer?
On the product page, "Gyors ajรกnlat" lets you enter your own net prices for the base machine and every option, and pick the language (8), currency (HUF, EUR, RON, USD, GBP) and VAT rate. The quote opens as a PDF with your own company details, logo and signature, and no AgroHof name or price, ready to download, print or send.
12 How do warranty and spare parts work?
We handle warranty claims with the manufacturer and tell you the next steps within 48 hours of the investigation. You order parts from the portal price list, searching by part number, name or manufacturer.
13 Can I order a custom-built machine?
Yes. For custom configurations we agree the spec with the manufacturer, check the technical fit and follow production through; you track it in the portal like any other order.
14 Can you help with my customer's financing or subsidy application?
Yes. Our financing colleague helps with leasing and grant options, and we prepare the quotes and documents the application needs.
