File a warranty claim
Start here: tell us who you are and which machine it is about. On the next page you add photos and describe the problem, then submit the claim.
Before you start, have ready
- The serial number of the machine — it is on the nameplate.
- The invoice or order number. If you have neither, a photo or PDF of the invoice.
- Photos taken with your phone: the nameplate, the machine from all four sides, and the damage close up and from a few metres away.
- The hour meter reading, if the machine has one — we may ask for it.
- A detailed description: when it happened, during what work, and what you noticed.
