● Discussing project aims with the client and development team.

● Designing and building web applications using Laravel.

● Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.

● Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.

● Testing functionality for users and the backend.

● Ensuring that external integrations run smoothly (billing, payment, other app integrations)

● Scaling projects based on client feedback.

● Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

● Assisted by a senior dev, you will be part of the entire web application development lifecycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support

● Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

● Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

● Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager

● Keep up-to-date with new trends and best practices in web development

As a Laravel Developer we require:

● You have 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience with Laravel

● A solid understanding of application design using Laravel.

● Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL and query builder.

● Practical experience using the MVC architecture.

● A few applications and programs to your name.

● Problem-solving skills and critical mindset.

● Great communication skills.

● The desire and ability to learn.

● You are a team player but also function independently.

● You work accurately and are stress resistant.

● You are communicative, representative and customer-oriented.

● You are creative and often come first with a new idea, in other words: innovative!

Nice to have:

● Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer for min 2 year(s)

● Fluent in English written and spoken

● In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 7+ PHP Framework

● Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design

● Git has no secrets for you

● MySQL profiling and query optimization

● Creative and efficient problem solver

● Experience or interest in DevOps / Docker

Interview will be 3 round long:

1. We will provide a test task, where you must not use more than 4 hours

2. Technical interview, where among others, we will discuss code from 1st round

3. Personal interview
