In Summer

Aftercrops  seeders are an excellent tool to fight against simplified cultivation and monoculture. Very high share of cereal plants in the cropping structure is one of the reasons for soil impoverishment and simultaneous development of fungal diseases and pests. This is a problem that becomes quite serious especially on those farms where crop rotation is not used and monoculture is the norm. Atfercrops seeders fit perfectly into this situation and interrupt the continuous sowing of one crop type. Another advantage of intercrop sowing is that it prevents wind and water erosion that occurs when a field is left without plant cover.

Sowing should be done as soon as possible, immediately after harvesting grain and possibly straw. Stubble crop should be sown by 20th August. For many farmers this is a very inconvenient date, because it often happens that it interferes with the accumulation of harvesting works. If it is not possible to sow in this period, you can sow a winter catch crop - in this case, the prescribed sowing date was set for 1 October, but then the catch crop must remain in the field until 15 February of the following year, whereas stubble catch crops only until 1 October of the year in which sowing took place.
