The TRITONE BIG CINGO is a Ceccato Olindo petrol engine biochipper, professional, suitable for shredding large quantities of vegetable waste with a maximum diameter of 8 cm.
It is an entirely Italian product, it mounts a Honda GX390 engine of 11.7 hp, it is equipped with a large loading hopper to facilitate the insertion of branched vegetable waste and a discharge mouth of 1.90 meters high. Optional refiner sieves can also be inserted to decrease the size of the wood chips. The chipper, including the box, weighs about 350 kg. It has a very large cutting mass, about 460 mm in diameter, with 2 front knives, 10 chopping knives and 2 counter blades.
The chipper is mounted on a tracked wagon that moves completely independently. The wagon mounts a Honda GP160 engine of 4.8 hp, supports a weight of 350 kg, can cope with a maximum slope of 20%, has a 4-speed transmission of which 3 forward + 1 reverse, has a mechanical transmission with release and integrated brake. The track measures 90 x 19 x 29 cm.
The box can be mounted as an alternative to the chipper, directly by the user, so you can use the wagon with the function of wheelbarrow and has a size of 90 x 73 x 32 cm (closed).
The caisson can be placed on the ground and raised with special legs so that it can be used as a container when producing wood chips. This box has been the subject of an extraordinary innovation as it is both extendable and collapsible, both operations can be performed in an absolutely easy way for the user.
