MAGIC P.T.O. pelleting machine of the latest generation and with cardan drive operation, allows the production of pellets for stoves and boilers. Easy to use, it is suitable for families who want to produce pellets at home, using the vegetable waste derived from the pruning of hedges, olive trees, vineyards and all varieties of trees in general, saving maximum costs of home heating. The hourly production is 70-80 kg/hour.
The wood-chips are inserted into the pellet mill.
This comes from the branches that have been shredded with the bio-shredder.
Therefore:
- 1- the branches are chopped with the bio-shredder
- 2- a sieve with a finer diameter (8mm) is inserted into the bio-shredder and the wood-chips are passed over for the second time in order to create the appropriate size (maximum 7-8 mm)
- 3- it is checked that the humidity is between 8 and 12%
- 4- the little wood-chips are inserted into the pellet machine
