Description
LOCTITE 243 is designed to secure and seal threaded connections that need to be disassembled with a standard hand tool. In the absence of air, the product hardens between tight-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leaks caused by shocks and vibrations. Thanks to its thixotropic properties, it reduces product runoff after application. LOCTITE 243 delivers durable curing performances.
The product is resistant to high temperatures and oil-resistant. It is resistant to minor surface contaminants caused by various oils, such as cutting, lubricating, anti-corrosion and protective oils.
