Disc harrow is a tool designed for pre-sowing cultivation of concise soils and those ploughed before winter (except for stony soils), with humidity ensuring proper operation. Disc harrow is also used for tearing and crumbling furrows after ploughing on meadows and other grassland as well as for shallow ploughing of stubble immediately after cutting the plants. Disc harrows can be used for shredding and covering manure after spreading and for small and medium-sized green fertilizers. The machine can also be used for mixing the soil with sown mineral fertilizers and lime.
