KSS 1800 is a measure of medium and large livestock farms. The volume of 1,8 m ³ is combined with high load components designed for daily intensive use.
Technical characteristics:
Double evacuation: Left and right evacuation as basic equipment.
Hardox durability: Hardox is equipped with cutting edge and stripe for maximum long life during self-loading.
Integrated drive protection: High torque hydraulic engines are hidden inside the cylinders, with flexible connectors and pressure relief valves to prevent damage caused by closes.
Double dose: Two large mixing cylinders at the bottom ensure a steady flow of material to the tape without "bridging."
High load conveyor belt: KSS 1800 has 3 layers of PVC as basic equipment. Both the drive and the following cylinders are rubber-coated to ensure sliding under wet conditions.
Self-cleaning design: Integrated flange seals and scrapers prevent material from accumulating under tape.
Options available for model 1800:
1. Adjustable bottom plate: Removable plate for fine-tuning of the gap in various embedded materials.
2. Hydraulic speed control: Accelerate variable speed for conveyors (1 or 2 directions).
3. Flow and pressure relief: Recommended if the carrier provides excessive oil flow or pressure.
This spray is specially designed for the application of litter substances which are heavier and more difficult to process, such as horse manure or lime / water / straw mixture. The special design of the container ensures that the litter is easily and evenly sunk. The two independently propelled dosing cylinders are equipped with high load hydraulic engines to prevent clogging.
The spray is suitable for the processing of sawdust, crushed straw, crushed straw, dry compost, green litter, horse manure, lime and lime / water / straw mixture. For details see the table in the preamble.
For the processing of sawdust, ground straw, ground rapeseed, dry boxcompost, sawdust / ground flax / lime mixture, pure lime and straw pellets, the optional adjustable bottom plate is required.
