The Jansen HS-20DS63 double action log splitter has been made to our specifications and is a small revolution in the world of log splitting. This machine splits in both directions (both in the forward and return phases!) and as a result you can work twice as fast! Gone is the “empty” return phase, and the petrol consumption is also far more effective! It has a real splitting force of 20 tons (17 tons in return phase) and a very robust 6.5 HP petrol engine.
Thanks to its horizontal construction, you always have the wood at working height. The hydraulics are very fast. A complete forward phase takes a mere 7 seconds. The current colour design is hammer-blow grey/black; you might also still find videos on the internet with an old design. It goes without saying that you will exclusively receive the newest version of the device.
This splitter chops up almost any piece of wood. The length of the log to be split can measure up to 60 cm. The log splitter is easy to operate. You can start the engine simply by pulling the recoil starter cord, and it even starts well in minus temperatures. Using the towbar and towing hook the device can be pulled where you want with ease.
Along with the splitter we deliver a free of charge 4-way wedge, which can be simply pushed over the splitting wedge. This 4-way splitting wedge can be simply pushed over the wedge. The 4-way wedge is 20 cm long and 15 cm high.
