Hydraulic forklift truck-mounted loader is used to load and unload goods placed in boxes, pallets and containers and to transport these goods over short distances. The transport can take place on unpaved land. Loader is a machine suspended on a three-point linkage (three-point linkage), designed for tractors of 0.6 ÷ 0.9T class. It is mounted on the front axle support of a tractor with external hydraulic output (single acting cylinder). The maximum lifting height is 2.4 m and the maximum loader lifting capacity is 700 kg. Hydraulic forklift loader consists of two basic units: lifting mechanism and loader frame. The lifting mechanism consists of: outer guide, inner guide, fork plate, pick-up fork, plunger cylinder and lifting line. The frame consists of: frame steel structure, brackets (left and right) and a reciprocating piston cylinder. Elements for mounting the hydraulic system are supplied separately. To tilt the guide, the piston cylinder is mounted horizontally in the lower part of the frame. The operating principle of all loader types is the same. They only differ in the way they are attached to the tractor's front axle bracket, the connection of the distributor to the external hydraulic system and the length of the hydraulic line.
