The all-rounder. This spreader is developed to distribute types of bedding that are heavier and more
difficult to process such as horse manure or a mixture of chalk/water/straw. The bucket has a special
shape to make sure the bedding material will sink easily. The two separately powered metering rolls with
heavy duty hydraulic motors prevent clogging.
The spreader can process sawdust, crushed straw, chopped straw, dry compost, green bedding, horse manure, lime and a mixture of lime/water/straw. See the table in the introduction for details.
For processing sawdust, ground straw, ground rapeseed straw, dry box compost, a mixture of sawdust / ground flax and lime, pure lime and straw pellets the optional adjustable bottom plate is required.
The KSS 1800 is the benchmark for medium-to-large scale livestock farms. It combines a 1.8 m³ volume with heavy-duty components designed for daily, intensive use.

Heavy-Duty Conveyor: The KSS 1800 comes standard with a 3-layer PVC belt. Both drive and follower rollers are rubber-coated to ensure zero slippage even in wet conditions.
Self-Cleaning Design: Integrated edge seals and scrapers prevent material buildup under the belt.
Available Options for the 1800 Model:
1. Adjustable Bottom Plate: Removable plate to fine-tune the gap for different bedding materials.
2. Hydraulic Speed Control: Infinitely variable speed for the conveyor belt (1-way or 2-way).
3. Flow & Pressure Limiter: Recommended if the carrier machine provides excessive oil flow or pressure.
